Cancellation terms

If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).

If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

The contact to Eduardo was perfect! He replied super fast to my questions and showed me in detail how to use the car and how to build the bed. After I gave back the car, he was so polite that he even drove me to the next busstation with my luggage (thanks again).

The camper was perfect for a short road trip to discover the island (we did 7 days). It is small enough to park in the cities and in the overnight parking spots, while still being big enough to sleep comfortably in. The cooking equipment and fridge worked well, however basic and more ideal for a shorter journey. It is equipped with Apple Carplay, which we thought was practical to navigate and for music. Eduardo was very helpful and reliable, we can only recommend him :)

Véhicule simplement équipé mais agréable pour un cours séjour. Panneau solaire et réfrigérateur apreciable. Petit vehicule très pratique pour stationner partout.

- Sprinter 310D en formato casa ( cama de 150x190, nevera de 90 litros con congelador, 3 fuegos de cocina con botella de butano grande, 2 placas fotovoltaicas haciendo un total de 800 W, batería de GEL de 260 Ah, inverter para 220v hasta 200 W, escritorio, mesa de comedor 120x60, fregadero, climatizador portátil, gran capacidad de almacenaje debajo de la cama, 2 USB's a 1 A, iluminación led, todas las ventanas tintadas hasta el punto que durante el día no se ve para dentro, es un espejo, ... )
