El vehículo se entrega limpio por dentro y por fuera y con todo funcionando. En el caso de no entregar el vehículo totalmente limpio se cobra una tasa de 80€ de limpieza.
Por favor no limpiar la furgoneta por fuera con un trapo porque se puede rayar la carrocería. El vehículo se limpia únicamente en los lugares de autolavado y se seca al aire.

La devolución deberá ser en las mismas condiciones. De no ser posible se agradecerá avisar con anticipación.

Se pagará por efectivo o transferencia en el momento de la entrega del vehículo y firma del contracto de alquiler. Se devolverá íntegramente si no hay desperfectos. En caso que lo hubiesen, se pedirá presupuesto para cuantificar el coste de reparación.

Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).
30 days before departure
If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.
Departure
Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

Alquilé la furgo unos días y me sorprendió lo espaciosa que era y lo bien equipada que estaba, todo funcionó bien, y encima está super bien decorada y bonita, que nunca está de más. La comunicación con Álex fue estupenda, se prestó en todo momento a ayudarnos con lo que necesitábamos y nos dio consejos muy útiles. Recomendaría sin duda esta furgoneta a cualquiera que busque una aventura en carretera!!
