The van was professionally expanded with wood from Austria by the company vanlife Austria and has a wonderful smell.
you have enough solar power, very good workmanship with a beautiful fabric and wood look, many practical details for everyday life in the van and above all a large shower that is second to none.
You also have enough space and don’t step on your feet all the time.
Under the bed you have a huge trunk where you can stow your suitcases (a lot of people forget that when renting a van and things are then 2 weeks in the way!)
Of course, 2 bicycles can also go in there theft-proof!!
The kitchen has many compartments and a lot of space thanks to the fold-out kitchen board.
A 3-fold hob with gas means that no recipe can go wrong.
90 liters of water in the tank allow for many spaghetti dishes even after a shower.
The modern Renault Master Van drives very well thanks to its smooth-running and powerful engine, but thanks to its 6 gears it consumes little diesel. The spacious one is completely insulated and super warm even on cooler or rainy days. Annoying noises also stay outside if you are near a road.
You will also find a wide range of kitchen appliances and do not have to buy oil or basic spices separately, as we have them ready for you on request.
There are also fresh bed linen and towels for bathing and showering in the largest shower that can be installed in a van without taking up space. So, all that’s left to say is: welcome aboard.

Cancellation terms

The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).

If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

Unfortunately, we eventually had a bad experience renting from Florian. The Camper itself was ok and generally in a good condition apart from the bumps on the outside.
However, we booked from 9am on a wednesday until 20pm on a friday. But when agreeing on the pickup Details with Florian he said that in the Vehicle Description its mentioned that wednesday and friday we would have only half of the days and we would have to pay 40€ extra for "late check out". Since it was so spontaneous and we didnt have any other options, we had to pay this. So be careful with check in and check out times, as the ones written on Yescapa do not apply for Florians Van.
The Van itself missed some of the equipment mentioned in the Ad. For example, there was no oil, no soap for dishes, only some last pieces of toiletpaper, no markise/awning. Also the toilet is just a mobile toilet (not fixed) and most importantly there is no heating and no warm water in the shower!
But our worst experience came from the check-out. When we arrived, Florian checked the Van from the inside and outside and he didn't mention anything about a bad condition. We even tidied up everything together for around 15 minutes and had a chat about our trip and some things that need to be fixed in the van (e.g. broken hose for the water tank). When we left, everything was ok. Since it was my first Yescapa booking, I didn't know we had to sign the return protocol and Florian also didn't mention anything about that. Which turned out to be my mistake. Because on the next day, I find the return protocol together with a message from Florian in my inbox complaining that the Van was in a very bad condition and he wants some extra money for the cleaning. This really came as a surprise for me and we felt tricked, especially since we did the return together and nothing was mentioned at all. I must say that luckily we didn't pay the deposit as he would have kept the money for it. So when you book the Van and give a deposit, make sure to get the signature that everything is ok during your return.
Apart from that, Florian was communicate and gave us tips throughout our journey which was nice.

Overall, we (my girlfriend and I) had a great 9 days on Tenerife and a lot of credit goes to „Herb“ (that’s what we called the van) and Marco & Flo, who built the van and rented it to us.
Pre-travel organisation and van pick-up:
All went smoothly. We arrived on Tenerife and took a 15 min bus to Los Cristianos, where Marco picked us up to bring us to the spot where the van was. Instructions and some additional travel recommendations (thanks for those Marco) took another 30 minutes and then we where ready to go.
Van Equipment:
The van has everything you need for 2 people. Bed that can be reassembled to a table for the day, storage space at the top for as well as below the bed / table for clothes and other things, shower (not a interior shower cabin but a shower tube + showerhead at the back of the van to shower outside of the van), sink + stove, cutlery, pots and pans, blankets, a solar panel at the roof to have electricity for small appliances (phone, laptop etc). It lacks a Toilette and an interior shower but honestly if you want that you have to opt for a huge vehicle that is going to make the small roads on Tenerife a lot harder to handle (+will cost more). Apart from the functional equipment, Flo has really put in a lot of effort to make the van as lively and cute as possible!
Van driving:
Easy to drive. You can do almost all of the island, except for the Masca region, which is not recommended to do with any vehicle (you can take the bus. Needs little fuel (did 600+ km with <60L).
In summary, I can only recommend renting this van. Also, I think the price as fair considering how nice the van was done and all the extra functionalities!

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à bord du van de Florian qui est aménagé avec goût. Il y a beaucoup de rangements, tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner. A noter pas de télévision dedans comme annoncé, mais ce n'est pas nécessaire. Le véhicule se conduit très bien (merci la boîte auto), les dimensions permettent de circuler partout sur l'île. La douchette extérieure est pratique mais à utiliser plutôt quand il fait chaud car l'eau est froide. Pour les sanitaires, prévoir d'aller dans les cafés/restaurants ou carrément dans la nature.
Florian a été très disponible par messages pour répondre à nos questions.
Nous avons été accueillis par un intermédiaire très sympathique mais qui ne connaissait pas forcément tous les détails du van, cela nous a un peu stressé au début mais au final tout s'est bien passé.
En conclusion, très bonne première expérience pour nous. Nous recommandons le van de Florian
