Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).

If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

It was my first rent and solo trip with camper van and...it was amazing!!!! Highly recommended! David is extremely helpful and supportive! Camper was prepared and had everything needed! I also get plenty of useful advice! It was a dream come true trip and I will recommend this owner and his van!

David was an exellent host! The van is nice to drive but, equally important, David assisted us with everything that was comming up. We would have never imagined to receive such an outstanding degree of support and service alongside with the rented van itself. We owe a dept of gratitude to David for guiding us to the best parking-locations for the night: with outstanding beautiful sights we will never forget. It was a fabulous trip! The Van needed support twice (Batery and Coolant Water), and David was litterally there to support us before we had finished typing our issue. It was super nice to feel so safe and sound and assisted during our stay on Gran Canaria! Merci David! And keep up the good (van)live : )

We had an amazing week at gran canaria with this van! David is a great guy. Very kind, helpful and best organized at any time. The handover at the airport was very uncomplicated and David takes time to explain the van and gave many tips for our adventure.
The van was clean and the equipment like child safety seat, sand toys, bedlinen and towels ... was great!

I traveled a lot in the last years and met many hosts. But David was outstanding and remarkable.
He is a friendly and sympathetic guy who is passionate about his van Grettta. It was lovely to see with which enthusiasm he showed us Gretta.
During our stay he was always available for questions. Further he provided us with a nice map of the island where places for good food, nice viewpoints or areas to stay were marked. If this is not enough he provided also daily weather forecasts with information which place is best at this day to see.
Overall highly recommended.

La experiencia con Greta fue genial! Perfecta, para pasar una semana en la isla, bien equipada, menaje de cocina, utensilios de aseo, ropa de cama… Y David fué muy atento, nos aconsejó en todo momento sobre el uso de la camper y cómo movernos por la isla. Escapa perfecta!
