Cancellation terms

The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).

If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

Es la primera vez que mi pareja y yo viajamos en una camper y ha sido genial. Visitamos Cantabria y, al ser temporada baja, no hemos tenido problema en encontrar sitios para pernoctar. Por otro lado, ha hecho bastante frío pero la furgo está bien aislada y, con la ropa de cama que se da y un pijama calentito, no hemos tenido problemas por las noches. Como mucho, yo soy muy alto (1.90 m) y me sobresalía un poco los pies, pero lo solucioné tapándolos con una mantita que me llevé.
la furgo es un poco viejita y puede costar un poco pillarle el truco, sobre todo si estás acostumbrado a coches nuevos, pero al poco te acostumbras.
Rubén es supersimpático, nos lo explicó todo detalladamente y nos recomendó varios sitios de Cantabria que, básicamente, acabaron siendo los destinos de nuestro viaje. Todos muy chulos y que nos gustaría volver a repetir cuando volvamos!

La experiencia súper buena, por lo que la aconsejamos 100%. Fui con una amiga, y la furgo es ideal para dos, y super bien equipada! Ruben se prestó disponible para cuando lo necesitáramos y la verdad es que así fue! Estamos muy contentas de haber conocido Cantabria y más de esta forma!

Ha sido una experiencia fantástica. Hemos viajado 3 amigas en la furgo de Rubén y la atención no ha podido ser mejor. La furgoneta está genial y tiene todo lo necesario para un viaje de varios días o semanas. Repetiríamos sin duda.

El viaje fue BRUTAL! Desde el minuto 1 RUBEN fue un encanto!Nos ayudó con todo, se adaptó a nuestros horarios y necesitades. Nos aconsejó muchos sitios y estuve pendiente de nosotras en el viaje y listo a ayudarnos por cualquier problema. Encima nos llevó al aereopuerto de vuelta! MEJOR NO PODIA SER !
