Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).

If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

Super séjour sur l'ile de La Palma avec le Transporter de Alejandro et Nuria.
Il est très propre, bien aménagé et complètement équipé : vous y trouverez tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour votre voyage ( vaisselles, couverts, literie, table chaises...) et tout est fonctionnel. Il y a même un petit dossier avec des itinéraires de rando et des coins sympa à voir sur Ténérife sur les conseils d'Alejandro
Petit bonus, Moteur puissant (2,5L 131CH) qui vous offrira un réel confort de conduite sur cette île aux multiples virage en lacets et aux pentes très raide ! que du bonheur !
Alejandro et Nuria, sont très gentils et arrangeants, ils nous ont redéposé la station de Bus pour retourner à l'aéroport !
Encore merci à eux pour nous avoir confié leur Van qui nous a permis de passer de super vacances aux îles Canaries :)
