Dear Renter, please meet Doris...
Doris is a 1998 1.9 TD converted camper. The interior has been converted by a very skilled carpenter, complete with a rock n' roll bed with 2 seatbelts, lots of storage, a pull out kitchen at the back, two swivel front seats and a table. Doris comes fully equipped with all kitchen utensils, removable camping stoves, water butt, side and back awnings, van levellers and fold away table and chairs. She has been kitted out with a leisure battery and large solar panel, perfect for off grid camping or just not having to pay for a hook up at a campsite. In case you do want a campsite hook up, she comes with one of those too ;) In the roof you'll find an internal touch sensor spotlight connected to the leisure battery. There are four deep draws and further storage under the bench seat. And finally, if you fancy a little Doris disco, she has coloured LED lights, with a setting that grooves to whatever music you're playing!
With a funky retro interior, fully insulated, tinted windows and a FULL sized bed you'll sleep like an absolute dream! No more squeezing into a 3/4 sized rock n' roll bed for your holidays, Doris has been designed so the whole van becomes a king size bed. Bedding, mattress topper and towels can be provided on request for an additional charge.

If you need a place to leave your vehicle throughout your holiday in Doris, we have off street parking available where you can leave your car.
Doris will need to be returned in the same state of cleanliness as when rented (inside and out). If you would prefer not to do the cleaning at the end of your holiday, a cleaning fee of £30 per trip will be charged.

- DVLA check for UK license holders.
- Must be 25 to 73 years old (a copy of your passport must be added to your profile)
- Must have held a valid category B driving licence for at least 2 years (a copy of both sides of your driving licence must be added to your profile)
- For all UK licence holders: Renters must provide Yescapa with a licence check which can be generated via the DVLA Typeform in order to verify that your licence is acceptable under the insurance policy and to provide us with all of the second driver's details if there is one
- Must not have an occupation which goes against the insurance Terms.
Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).
30 days before departure
If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.
Departure
Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The amount of your cancelled booking will be issued as Rental Credit which will allow you to book the same vehicle (or another vehicle owned by this owner), for the dates of your choice.

I am an event manager for an amazing company in Bristol called Team Love. I have spent the past 10 years producing festivals and music events worldwide. After doing a lot of travelling in my 20's I have now settled in the countryside just outside Bristol, so my van Doris is spending more time on the drive than on the road these days.
