Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.

If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).

If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

Je recommence, le van top et vraiment bien équipé, le point vraiment positif c'est que l on peut ce mettre debout 😊👌sinon le propriétaire et sa famille sont super accueillant et à l écoute des personnes avec beaucoup de cœur nous sommes contents de les avoir rencontré. 🙏🙏🙏Merci à eux

Super voyage avec un super van. Nous avons parcouru les plages et la montagne de sardaigne en mode sauvage et c'était trop cool. Pierpaolo est vraiment très gentil, vous pouvez lui faire confiance. Merci beaucoup !

Le Van commence à être vieux, notamment son moteur, mais c'est suffisant pour les petites routes de Sardaigne ! Pour le reste il est bien pensé pour sa taille et il n'y a pas de mauvaise surprise. Les propriétaires sont top ! Si vous n'avez pas un gros budget à mettre dans un Van je le recommande !

Tout était parfait, nous avons passé des vacances inoubliables dans ce van. C’était notre première expérience en van et également sur l’application et tout s’est déroulé à merveille ! Petite mention spéciale pour l’ami de Alfredo qui a été adorable avec nous
