If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).

If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

Wonderful experience with the van and Jesus is a very serious and very kind person. He came to find us at the airport and was also ready to bring us back there. It was only our second time renting a van. We found it perfect to discover various places in Gran Canaria. The van is not big but fine for 2 persons. It is not new but in a good condition and generally well equipped. We like preparing our own food and just found that the kitchen utensils were a bit too limited. Overall an excellent experience!

En amont, Jesus a envoyé plusieurs vidéos sur l'utilisation des différents appareils (frigo, bloc cuisine...). Très pratique. Jesus s'est rendu disponible pour nous récupérer à l'aéroport. Accueil +++ Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour itinérant en Andalousie
