Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).

If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The amount of your cancelled booking will be issued as Rental Credit which will allow you to book the same vehicle (or another vehicle owned by this owner), for the dates of your choice.

El viaje ha sido una experiencia inolvidable en Ibiza. la recordaremos siempre.
El encuentro para recoger la furgoneta fue con Oscar, super majo, siempre atento, de hecho al principio alquilamos otra furgo con él pero por cuestiones técnicas no pudo ser, y rápidamente se puso en contacto con nosotros, en realidad tanto Oscar como Yescapa, dándonos la opción de alquilar esta Camper de Laura. La verdad que para nosotros dos ha sido perfecta. Todo funcionaba perfectamente y no hemos tenido ninguna pega y cuando hemos tenido alguna duda, nos hemos puesto en contacto con Oscar y al momento nos ayudaba. Ha sido todo un placer.
Recomendamos a Oscar y sus furgos al 100%.

This was such a lovely experience! We loved the van, at the end of the trip we were so sad to leave it cause it felt so much like home…a warm, sweet little one! :)
Oscar was so nice to us, caring and always there for an help, he seemed like a friend as soon as we met him.
