Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).

If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

La location s'est très bien passée, très bonne relation avant et pendant avec le propriétaire. Nous avons eu un bon briefing avant de partir, ce qui nous a bien rassuré et bien aidé. C'était notre 1ere expérience en CC, nous avons déjà hâte de refaire cette expérience ! On recommande vivement ce propriétaire avec son camping car qui était parfait pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants, assez d'autonomie pour les douches, cuisson, frigo, etc...

Le propriétaire du camping-car est très sympa il donne des conseils pour le voyage, nous rassure en fessant faire un tour autour de chez lui pour bien être en confiance avec le véhicule.
Pour une première expérience en camping-car ça c’est super bien passe.

Excellent accueil et explications, pourtant pour une première expérience en camping car nous sommes partis rassurés. Frédéric prends bien le temps et explique avec précisions tout ce qu'il y a à savoir sur son véhicule. Tout était parfait.
