Insurance
Se incluye sin coste adicional un seguro a todo riesgo: franquicia de 600€. Todos los conductores deberán tener como mínimo 25 años de edad y estar en posesión del permiso de conducción clase B vigente, con mínimo tres años de antigüedad y con un mínimo de 6 puntos vigentes, o el permiso nacional equivalente a éste. En caso de no ser residente en la UE deberá estar en posesión del permiso de conducir internacional en vigor correspondiente a este tipo de vehículos. Ademas de acreditar el cumplimiento de los requisitos anteriores, será necesario acreditar que el conductor tiene al menos 6 puntos en el carnet de conducir. Toda la documentación acreditativa del cumplimiento de estos requisitos deberá ser enviada por correo electrónico.

Roadside assistance
If the vehicle is immobilised following a breakdown or an incident, you will be covered by the assistance provided by the owner. A dedicated number will allow you to contact the assistance company and will inform you about the next steps.

Secure payment
When you pay on config.brand, the vehicle owner's earnings are kept by our secure, third-party payment provider until the day after your trip start date. So, the owner will welcome you on your trip start date and help you get set up in their vehicle. A few days later, the owner will receive their earnings.

Guaranteed trip
If you are unable to begin your hire due to a vehicle breakdown or for a reason attributable to the owner, our team will offer you alternative vehicles that meet your travel requirements, or you will receive a full refund.
