Roadside assistance
In the event of vehicle immobilization due to a breakdown or incident, you will be assisted by our roadside assistance partner until the vehicle is repaired or your return journey is arranged. config.brand will tell you how to contact support and all the steps to follow in your travel documents.

Secure payment
When you pay on config.brand, the vehicle owner's earnings are kept by our secure, third-party payment provider until the day after your trip start date. So, the owner will welcome you on your trip start date and help you get set up in their vehicle. A few days later, the owner will receive their earnings.

Guaranteed trip
If you are unable to begin your hire due to a vehicle breakdown or for a reason attributable to the owner, our team will offer you alternative vehicles that meet your travel requirements, or you will receive a full refund.

Fully equipped, homely motorhome with quirks and charms. Freshly painted in green (any photos where it's white are old ones), new carpets and new firm foam in beds/sofa. Personable and functionable home for a comfortable stay. Hot water, cold fridge, electricity, gas heater, cinema projector etc. 

Ideal for an easy-going couple looking to go back to basics and experience an authentic trip I'd say. Good size, you can stand up, not too small that you can't move around eachother and not too big to manoeuvre 3-point turns, a good balance. 

Combined with a good spirit, it quite simply has all you need and more for an amazing trip together!
