Roadside assistance
In the event of vehicle immobilization due to a breakdown or incident, you will be assisted by our roadside assistance partner until the vehicle is repaired or your return journey is arranged. config.brand will tell you how to contact support and all the steps to follow in your travel documents.

Secure payment
When you pay on config.brand, the vehicle owner's earnings are kept by our secure, third-party payment provider until the day after your trip start date. So, the owner will welcome you on your trip start date and help you get set up in their vehicle. A few days later, the owner will receive their earnings.

Guaranteed trip
If you are unable to begin your hire due to a vehicle breakdown or for a reason attributable to the owner, our team will offer you alternative vehicles that meet your travel requirements, or you will receive a full refund.

ELSA presents their large campervan

Furgoneta camper Giottivan del año 2022, totalmente equipada y lista para disfrutar de tus vacaciones en cualquier rincón de las islas. El furgón cuenta con 4 plazas para viajar y 4 para dormir, con posibilidad de quitar cama superior para mayor espacio si no fuera necesaria. Cuenta con una nevera a compresor de 135L y un pequeño congelador (bastante superior a lo habitual en estos furgones). Además se entrega con todo lo necesario, tanto para las camas, como para cocina. Cuenta con varios puertos USB de carga, toma de 12V de tizo. También dispone de agua caliente y calefacción. Todas sus ventanas y claraboyas abatibles, cuentan con mosquiteras y oscurecedores, además sobre las camas cuenta con un ventilador para inyectar o extraer aire.

Contamos con servicio de recogida y entrega en aeropuertos o cualquier ubicación de la isla con un coste extra, dependiendo de ubicación y horarios (preguntar sin compromiso)
