Roadside assistance
In the event of vehicle immobilization due to a breakdown or incident, you will be assisted by our roadside assistance partner until the vehicle is repaired or your return journey is arranged. config.brand will tell you how to contact support and all the steps to follow in your travel documents.

Secure payment
When you pay on config.brand, the vehicle owner's earnings are kept by our secure, third-party payment provider until the day after your trip start date. So, the owner will welcome you on your trip start date and help you get set up in their vehicle. A few days later, the owner will receive their earnings.

Guaranteed trip
If you are unable to begin your hire due to a vehicle breakdown or for a reason attributable to the owner, our team will offer you alternative vehicles that meet your travel requirements, or you will receive a full refund.

Bonjour,

Le véhicule sera désinfecté précautionneusement pour chaque départ.

Véhicule neuf, rajout d'une fermeture de sécurité, housse pour les vélos avec panneau de signalisation. Batterie neuve.Totalement équipé, sièges intérieurs recouverts par des housses. Moustiquaires aux fenêtres et portes + rideaux. Pare-soleil , lit du fond qui monte et descend. Chaînes pour l'hiver. Grande soute à bagages. Domino pour avoir internet limité entre 2-3Go (en plus) 2 Extincteurs Grille pain Micro onde Bouilloire. Climatisation mobile.

Atttention : Le frigo ne fonctionne pas au gaz. Si vous le souhaitez pour voyager en autonomie il y aura un groupe éléctrogène à disposition. Il faudra payer 5€/jour à régler sur le place le jour du départ + caution de 1000€ non encaissée pour ce groupe éléctrogène (en plus de la caution normale pour la location) .

Si vous ne le prenez pas il n'y aura pas de supplément maiss il faudra aller dans un camping pour vous brancher et faire fonctionner le frigo. 

 

Départ à 16h le premier jour et retour à 10h le dernier jour. 

 

Forfait draps et couverture, 25€ par lit. 

Vous avez la possibilité de laisser votre véhicule en sécurité chez nous le temps de la location.

Pour le retour il doit s'effectuer dans l'après-midi (15h - 16h) pour Faire l'état des lieux retour à la lumière du jour.
