Roadside assistance
In the event of vehicle immobilization due to a breakdown or incident, you will be assisted by our roadside assistance partner until the vehicle is repaired or your return journey is arranged. config.brand will tell you how to contact support and all the steps to follow in your travel documents.

Secure payment
When you pay on config.brand, the vehicle owner's earnings are kept by our secure, third-party payment provider until the day after your trip start date. So, the owner will welcome you on your trip start date and help you get set up in their vehicle. A few days later, the owner will receive their earnings.

Guaranteed trip
If you are unable to begin your hire due to a vehicle breakdown or for a reason attributable to the owner, our team will offer you alternative vehicles that meet your travel requirements, or you will receive a full refund.

Le camping car est entièrement équipé du mobilier de vaisselle, d’un étendage, et de tout le matériel nécessaire à son utilisation, (prises, rallonge, etc), 2 bouteilles de gaz fournies, table et 5 tabourets de camping, 2 chaises relax.

Par souci d hygiène, nous ne fournissons pas le linge de maison (serviettes de toilette, draps, couettes et oreillers). Nous mettons à votre disposition des alèses jetables.

Le camping car doit être rendu propre intérieur et extérieur, eaux usées vidangées et le plein de gazoil doit être effectué.

Frais appliqués si non effectué :

  • Nettoyage intérieur : 30 euros
  • Nettoyage extérieur :30 euros
  • Possibilité de laisser votre véhicule sur notre terrain.
