Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).
30 days before departure
If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

un grand merci Bastien, c'était ma première fois sans mon mari, et tu as su bien me guider, et le vehicule super facile a conduire, l'espace top avec juste ce qui faut pour pouvoir s'évader .. bonne continuation

Je me suis offert un beau voyage à travers la France, et ce camion a vraiment bonifié mon expérience. Il correspondait pleinement à mes besoins, en terme de confort de conduite et d'aménagement. De plus, Bastien s'est montré très disponible avant et pendant la location. J'en avais besoin car c'était ma première expérience de camping-car.

Bastión siempre estuvo en todo momento dispuesto a resolver nuestras dudas. Aunque no lo ponga, domina perfectamente el inglés y se defiende bastante con el español. Vehículo en buen estado y perfecto funcionamiento. Para repetir.
