If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).

If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

Proprietaire très sympathique et explication au top et a l écoute repond quasi instantanement au question au cours de la location
Camping car super comfortable ,spacieux avec de belle finition et eclairage d ambiance très moderne nous avons etais très a l aise dedans avec 2 adultes et deux ados prise en main très rapide consomation très raisonnable
De super vacances vite notre prochain depart a bord

camping car très confortable, bien équipé avec porte vélo très pratique et ce qui ne gache rien propriétaire très sympa, tout était bien expliqué, merci à lui pour sa confiance et pour la découverte (une première pour nous)

Le propriétaire nous a donné des explications parfaites qui nous ont permis de passer un très bon séjour. Quand au véhicule il était en parfait état de fonctionnement et d'une propreté iréprochable.

Propriétaire très sympa et disponible au besoin. De superbes vacances à bord de ce camping car très récent, très jolie avec tout le confort. Nous n'avons plus besoin de chercher pour nos prochaines vacances, nous avons trouver notre perle.
