Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).
30 days before departure
If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

C était ma première expérience en camping car, et j ai adoré.... je l aurai bien gardé quelques jours de plus. Le camping car de Jean Pierre est formidable, très agréable à conduire malgré un gabarit imposant et surtout à vivre. L équipement est total tant à l intérieur qu a l extérieur. La clim dans la cellule a vivre est top, surtout pour les nuits chaudes actuelles . Notre périple de 1500 kilomètres nous a conduit de cagnes sur mer à Monférat par la route Napoléon, puis à Nantua, ensuite dans le haut Jura pour rejoindre la haute saône et descente des quais Saône jusqu à Lyon puis retour par la mythique nationale 7 et le haut var.
Dans le jura on s est retrouvé avec des amis du Sud qui étaient aussi en camping car, du coup on a pris un emplacement en camping pour 2 véhicules et avons passé une super soirée.
Ce palace roulant est idéal pour ce type de parcours, et le propriétaire disponible sans problème durant la location pour nous aider dans nos petits moments de panique de notice 🤔👍
