Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).

If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

El trato de Jon ha sido muy atento y cercano en todo momento. Nos facilitó vídeos explicativos pormenorizados realizados por él mismo para hacernos a la caravana, y estaba en perfectas condiciones. No tenemos queja alguna.
Hemos realizado un viaje muy agradable entre Vizcaya, La Rioja y Guipúzcoa

Todo genial! Jon estuvo muy atento y respondió siempre rápido nuestras dudas. Nos envío previamente varios videos explicativos del funcionamiento de la van, muy útiles. Manejarla por el norte de España fue un placer, y nos resultó comoda a los 3. La parte de la vivienda (baño, cocina, camas) está completa y funciona todo bien (aunque algunas cosas son sensibles o tienes que encontrale la vuelta, como las persianas, pero todo solucionable). Muy recomendable todo.

Jon atendió todas nuestras dudas y preguntas casi de manera inmediata a durante nuestra estancia en su autocaravana, que aunque no es nueva está en muy buen estado. Lo hemos pasado genial. Nos aconsejó unos lugares de acampada magníficos.

La caravana está equipada estupendamente, y Jon es súper amable, nos ayudó durante el viaje con cualquier duda que nos surgia. Nos lo puso muy fácil. Para repetir.

Super séjour ! Les lits sont confortables nous avons très bien dormi. Le camping car est pratique et bien aménagé pour 2 adultes et 1 ou 2 enfants. Le propriétaire est très serviable et disponible à tout moment en cas de besoin.
