About this converted van
Our van was born in 2018 in Seville and is called Encarni.
We have equipped it with our own hands, taking care of every detail to the maximum, so that everyone who enters feels as comfortable as possible.
Due to its size and age, it's super easy to drive and very practical, since you can park almost anywhere. In addition, its rear camera is ideal so you don't have to worry about anything when visibility isn't good enough.
It has electricity, cold water with an outside shower, portable toilet and heating for the coldest days.
When you come to pick it up, you can arrive by public bus, or you can park comfortably in a central and convenient car park in the center of Pollença.
Equipment:
· 3 seats, double bed where up to 3 people can sleep, gas stove with two burners, sink with cold water and extendable outdoor shower, fridge, portable chemical toilet, stationary heating, rear camera, bike rack...
· Crockery, coffee maker, battery and kitchen, cleaning and personal hygiene utensils, board games, books and guides for hiking and various activities.
· Sheets, cushions, duvet cover, towels, napkins, rags...
In our house on wheels, everything is designed so that everyone who enters will feel at home and with maximum comfort. We try to be as respectful as possible with the environment, and that is why most products are reusable or biodegradable.
*For logistical reasons, the van will always be picked up in Pollença. No pick-ups or returns will be offered at the airport or in Palma. You can easily get to Pollença by public bus, at a cost of € 12.5/person, or by taxi, at a cost of about € 70/trip.

Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).
30 days before departure
If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.
Departure
Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

This was our first campervan adventure, exploring the beautiful west coast of Mallorca for snorkling locations. We had a great experience with Encarni, the campervan of Aina and Juanjo, who are a truly friendly couple, not only providing us with a lot of useful information before we arrived to Polenca, but also during our trip.
The campervan was easy to drive, we visited quite some locations on the west coast with narrow roads. The facilities in the van are very nice and complete, if some day by any chance we have another opportunity to visit Mallorca again, we would definitely try to rent Encarni again!

Tuvimos un viaje buenísimo!! La furgo es grande pero fácil de conducir, de hecho hemos disfrutado mucho llevándola. Incluye todo lo necesario para pasar unos días estupendos por Mallorca. Repetiríamos sin duda!!

Aina and Juanjo where the best host! Easy to communicate with, quick responders and simply wonderful people. The van is so well-equipped that you just need to bring clothes and your toothbrush. We rented Encari for four days, but I think we needed 1 month to se all of Mallorca. Such a nice way to explore the island. We would love to rent Encari for the future!
