Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).

If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

Como sendo a primeira vez em um autocaravana posso dizer que foi "A melhor experiência já vivida". Adorámos cada momento. Super indico!
Gostámos demais da recepção do dono da autocaravana Miguel, nos deu todo suporte e atenção em tudo que precisávamos saber sobre o carro, sobre viagem. Fizemos uma viagem longa, desde Portugal, Espanha, Bélgica, Holanda e alguns lugarejos e graças a Deus fomos e voltamos sem nenhum problema.
Agradecemos desde já ao proprietário por toda a atenção e pela maravilhosa experiência de estarmos em uma autocaravana.

Foram umas super férias com a autocaravana do Miguel, passou-se muito bem e o Miguel deu-me super dicas de estacionamento cada vez que tive dificuldades de encontrar sitios para passar a noite sem problemas. Muito fácil a condução e muito cómoda. Nota 5 estrelas.

An excellent experience. Miguel is always available, and everything is based on openness and honesty. Supper good caravan, with minor details due to its age, but everything perfectly working. It drives super smooth and provides a fascinating panoramic view of the road., with the perfect size for 2. Our week was amazing! Miguel and the caravan delivered the best vacations.
