Cancellation terms

If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).

If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

El Manuel és una persona encantadora. Va tenir molta paciència amb nosaltres ja que vam arribar tard a recollir la autocaravana.
Ens va atendre quan ho vam necessitar. L'auto estava en perfectes condicions i la vam disfrutar moltíssim els 6 que hi anavem.
Segur que repetiria l'experiència amb l'autocaravana del Manuel.
Moltes gràcies per tot Manuel i espero que ens tornem a veure.

Todo bien en general pero casi no nos explicaron nada y estuvimos todo el viaje sin poder encender la nevera.
Poner el gas para cocinar también fue una odisea pero al final dimos con el truco. Tampoco nos lo explicaron.

La location s'est très bien passée. Le véhicule était très propre et impeccable. Bon équipement. Mais c'est surtout la gentillesse et la bienveillance des propriétaires que je souhaiterais mettre en avant. Qualités qui semblent très très répandues au Portugal. Très beau pays et très belles personnes !
