Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).
30 days before departure
If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

Bon accueil de la part des propriétaires et prise en charge facile (parking à proximité et garde de notre véhicule ) mais déçu par des dysfonctionnements multiples ( odeur ++ venant probablement d'un problème de cassette ,pas d'eau chaude en cuisine et a la douche et frigo peu performant en dehors du 220 v ,donc que au camping , problème d'ouverture de la portière conducteur et de manière générale des diverses serrures. Dommage,avec plus de vigilance et d'entretien de la part des propriétaires,ce véhicule ancien pourrait être bien plus agréable.

Notre camping car est révisé régulièrement par un spécialiste ! L entretien est fait correctement ! Pour l eau chaude un fusible avait claqué faute a pas de chance ou une surcharge électrique ! Tout marchait très bien à la réception du véhicule ! Les joints de la cassette ont été changé ! Les personnes suivantes qui ont loué notre camping car n ont eu aucun problème ! Comme depuis deux ans !

Notre location s'est globalement bien passée. Un seul petit incident : la clé qui ouvre toutes les portes du camping-car s'est cassée dans une serrure. Hormis cela, le camping-car est en très bon état et les propriétaires très sympathiques.
