Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).
30 days before departure
If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.
Departure
Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

Première expérience en camping-car et excellente expérience. Voyage varié où tout s'est très bien passé avec un camping-car en très bon état, une disponibilité du propriétaire Luis sans faille, et un pays, le Portugal, très adapté à ce type de vacances. Sur la côté, en ville ou dans les terres : nous avons toujours trouvé de bons emplacements en étant proches le lieux très agréables (océan, rivières, centre-ville, ...etc.). Génial. Merci Luis.

Uma experiência única e inesquecível, iremos repetir com toda a certeza.
Foi a nossa primeira aventura de autocaravana e não podíamos ter tido melhor sorte. O Luís esteve sempre disponível mas nos ajudar com todos as dúvidas e detalhes de funcionamento da autocaravana que nos foi surgindo ao longo da viagem. Sempre muito prestável, deu-nos a confiança necessária para que tudo corresse sempre pelo melhor.

Der Vermieter ist super! Das Auto war sauber, voll getrankt und er hat uns vom Bahnhof abholt, alles war TOP! Leider ist dann das Auto kaputt gegangen, es war ein sehr altes Auto, aber auch da, war Luis immer erreichbar hat uns das Geld sofort zurück überwiesen und sehr geholfen!!

Foi a 1ª vez que experimentamos, 3 dias e 2 noites, e foi uma ótima experiência! O furgão muito funcional, espaço otimizado ao máximo para proporcionar uma estadia agradável, onde é possível ter tudo à mão.
O Luís esteve sempre disponível para as duvidas que foram surgindo. O que ajudou imenso!
