Cancellation terms

If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).

If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The amount of your cancelled booking will be issued as Rental Credit which will allow you to book the same vehicle (or another vehicle owned by this owner), for the dates of your choice.

We had the van for almost 3 weeks. Jose is a very relaxed guy and helped us out immediately. The old van was fun to drive and there were no problems with the engine or other mechanical parts at all, but you have to feel comfortable by driving an old van like this. If we come back to Lisbon and we need an van, then we would chose that one again.
Highly recommend Jose as an owner and the old Mercedes as a camper.

It was our first experience with a campervan. It was amazing. Unforgettable. Everything went smoothly, The owner was very nice and always available for any doubt or question you may need. To drive this van is a wonderful experience. Highly recommended.

Nous avons passé de super vacances grâce au van de Susana et José. Le lit est très grand et confortable. Il y a les équipements nécessaires pour faire à manger (table, chaises, campingaz, vaisselles). Le véhicule est âgé, ce qui ne pose pas de problème hormis qu'il n'y pas de direction assistée (ça fait les muscles). Susana a été hyper accueillante avec nous, merci à elle !

Wunderschöner Camper, der alles an Bord hat, was man braucht! Und der Trip von Lissabon die Algarve herunter hat sich wirklich gelohnt mit tollen Stränden und süßen kleinen Städten.

Jose and Susana were really nice and so was their van :) exactly what we wanted, a simple van, robust, big enough to be comfortable but small enough to go everywhere without worrying. The decoration is simple but beautiful, the features are more than sufficient (table, seats, dishes, travel stove and so on) and most importantly, the bed was awesome ! Big and very comfortable, we slept more than 9 hours everyday :D

Réservation prise suite à l'annulation d'une autre. Description non conforme au niveau des équipements (il n'y avait pas d'huile, pas de poivre, pas de papier toilette).
Absence quasi totale de communication avec José.
La femme de José, très gentille, a fait avec nous l'état des lieux au début et à la fin de la location.
Très peu d'explication sur la manière dont fonctionne le van : j'ai mis quelques jours à comprendre les particularités du van pour bien l'appréhender.
Rapport qualité-prix très très moyen, la prochaine fois je passerai par un professionnel pour avoir moins de surprises.
Point positif : la femme de José nous a raccompagné à l'aéroport à la fin de la location, et nous a rembourser le surplus de diesel que nous avions payé.

Expérience inoubliable sur la côte ouest portugaise !
Nous n'avons eu aucun problème, le véhicule était parfaitement conforme à la description , facile à conduire et plutôt économique niveau carburant (nous n'avons pas pris les autoroutes du tout!)
Le petit plus ; Susana a été adorable et nous a même déposées à l'aéroport lors de notre départ! :)
Nous recommandons à 200% ! Encore merci ❤️
