Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).

If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

Everything was 5* - communication with the owner, the van (got new color coat, too, looks brand new!), getting around and all the amneties inside the camper. Diesel heater came super handy on chilli December nights. There was literally nothing else I could have asked for, highly reccommend.

Espectacular! Mariana y cristobal, los dueños de la morcineta ,son un verdadero encanto. Cuando vas a recogerla, te explican al detalle como funciona todo, y sin problema te puedes poner en contacto con ellos si durante el viaje tienes alguna duda. La furgoneta está hecha al detalle. Tiene absolutamente todo lo que necesitas para pasar unos días disfrutando de la isla. Es una verdadera maravilla lo limpia que nos la entregaron y cada detalle que cuidan. Es muy fácil de conducir y muy cómoda de aparcar. Sin duda, volveremos a repetir con ella para pasar unos días de relax. (Pd: la cama es una maravilla, no pensábamos que fuera tan cómoda, pero para nuestra sorpresa lo fue. Dormimos como unos bebés).

Somos dos enamorados del mundo camper. Empezamos con la primera "Morcineta" en pleno confinamiento y de ahí nos pico el bichito de la camperización. Hicimos la Morci con tanto amor y dedicación que nos llevó un año acabarla. Y ahora la compartimos con vosotros.
