Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).

If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

Tout s'est bien passé au cours de cette location de 10 jours. Véhicule au top, très agréable... Mais attention à la caméra de recul, elle ne voit pas tout !!!

Après explication et mise en main du sympathique propriétaire,
je suis parti 10 jours avec un camping-car hyper maniable et une conduite très confortable.les couchages sont égaux à nos lits maison, jamais vu autant d'équipements . Beaucoup de rangements super optimisés. Partez léger car tout y est , de la vaisselle complète à la batterie de cuisine ( table et fauteuils extérieur très appréciés)plus le matériel essentiel au camping-cariste. Je recommande à 3000%

Très bonne expérience pour un premier séjour en camping car. Le véhicule n'est pas de première jeunesse et consomme un peu, mais il est très fonctionnel.
