Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).
30 days before departure
If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

We had a great time on Lanzarote! Very friendly owner. Vehicle not newest, but all functioning very well and clean. We had 1 little mechanical issue with a window, but that was resolved within 90min after reporting it (!!). So overall very happy and will rent again when we come back.

The rental experience with Ylenia was great! She helped us a lot, telling us where to go and supporting us on our whole journey! I wouldn't do it any other way, to be honest. We did, indeed, had some problems with the RV, but it's a car and cars have problems. Ylenia gave as a replacement in no-time and we wet further.

Ylenia y Octavio fueron encantadores. Estuvieron disponibles en todo momento y la furgoneta, a pesar de tener algunas cosas viejitas, nos pareció que estaba genial, limpia y espaciosa. Está equipada con todo lo necesario, dese toallas para el baño, sábanas y mantas, hasta el agua caliente para ducharse. Recomendable 100% si se quiere visitar la isla entera sin preocuparte por nada. Nos vemos pronto y gracias.

The trip with Ylenia's camper was very good. Ylenia was a very good host. Everytime we had questions or anything we could always reach her and she always helped us and was very flexible.
