Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).

If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.
Departure
Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

Une très belle première expérience à bord de ce camping car avec nos 4 enfants.
La vidéo de présentation sur YouTube était parfaite et très claire pour expliquer le fonctionnement des équipements.
Chacun a su trouver sa place et le véhicule est bien équipé. La bouteille de gaz était vide mais nous avons eu de la chance de trouver un dépôt un jeudi de l'Ascension.
Le véhicule est en très bon état, il se prend en mains facilement et la caméra de recul est très pratique.
Tout y est bien rangé et accessible. Le mobilier d'extérieur, la rallonge électrique, les cales ont bien leur place dans la soute.
Nous n'avons pas utilisé ni les toilettes ni les sanitaires car nous avons préféré utiliser les équipements des campings. Donc pas testé l'expérience à bord !
Je recommande ce véhicule, vous ne serez pas déçu !
