If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).

If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The amount of your cancelled booking will be issued as Rental Credit which will allow you to book the same vehicle (or another vehicle owned by this owner), for the dates of your choice.

Die Fahrzeuguebergabe sollte etwas ausführlicher sein, wir mussten noch ein paar Dinge klären.Der Camper ist aufgrund seiner Größe ideal für Bergtouren und zieht sehr gut.Wir hatten 3 schöne Wochen auf Gran Canaria

Die Vermieterin und ihre Freundin, die die eigentliche Übergabe gemacht hat, waren super nett, gut erreichbar und flexibel, auch bei der Abgabe. Der Parking del Rincón schien der perfekte Übergabepunkt, rund eine Stunde von Flughafen nach Norden mit Bussen zu erreichen. Man kann las Palmas von dort bequem nach Süden umfahren, ist in 15 Minuten an den Campingplätzen der Nordküste, schnell in den Bergen oder bleibt noch etwas an der Playa de las canteras, die 10min zu Fuß entfernt ist.

La propriétaire est très sympa. Mais ... sur l'annonce pas de photo du véhicule extérieur, et pour cause il est en très mauvais état (rouille). À part les draps, l'intérieur était sale. Le vehicule est vieux, et bcp de problèmes : porte conducteur bloquée, porte latérale qui ne ferme pas bien, rétroviseurs qui ne tiennent pas, l'évier ne fonctionne pas ...) le véhicule est lent et peu de puissance, bien pour la côte mais pas pratique, voire impossible pour la montagne.

Susana is a friendly person, but the small van is just not worth to be rented any more : It is very old, not powerful enought for driving up easily and makes grinding noises in curves when you drive down the mountains. The shower was not working and the fridge was completely out of order. It was not clean, neither inside nor outside. Bed linen were clean though. When I picked up the Van Susana needed to change the battery as it wouldn't start. I'm just glad this didn't happen later during the trip...
Susana est une personne aimable, en revanche le van est hors d'âge : pas de puissance dans les montées et les freins qui grincent dans les descentes. Ni la douche ni le frigo ne fonctionnaient. Il était sale intérieur comme extérieur. Susanna a dû faire changer la batterie d'urgence car il ne démarrait pas lors de la prise en charge du véhicule. Par chance cela n'est pas arrivé plus tard durant la location. Pas cher comparé à d'autre, mais même à ce prix cela reste inacceptable
