If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).

If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The amount of your cancelled booking will be issued as Rental Credit which will allow you to book the same vehicle (or another vehicle owned by this owner), for the dates of your choice.

Sowohl die Abholung, als auch die Rückgabe verliefen reibungslos und nach vorheriger Absprache vollkommen flexibel und mieterfreundlich. Die Einweisung war gewissenhaft und ausführlich, das Fahrzeug in einwandfreiem Zustand, sauber und mit den nötigen Dingen für den Urlaub ausgestattet. Eigentlich nur noch Klamotten rein und los.
Rückfragen konnte man auch noch während der Reise per WhatsApp oder telefonisch stellen. Diese wurden auch mit Geduld ausführlich beantwortet.
Das Fahrzeug ist sehr handlich, wendig und auch ohne Vorerfahrung problemlos zu fahren. Dank Dieselmotor durchzugsstark und auch an Pässen nicht lahm.

mein Name ist Klaus und ich wohne mit meiner lieben Familie in Haimhausen bei München. Camping aber auch ganz allgemein Autos sind schon seit meiner Jugend ein begleitendes Hobby. Unser Fahrzeug ist neuwertig und 1a im Schuss. Es wird regelmäßig fachmännisch geprüft und hat keinerlei Leiden. Ich bin viel rumgekommen und habe einiges von der Welt gesehen.
