Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).

If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The amount of your cancelled booking will be issued as Rental Credit which will allow you to book the same vehicle (or another vehicle owned by this owner), for the dates of your choice.

Excellente semaine passée à bord de ce camping-car très bien équipé et bien suffisamment spacieux pour 4 (2 adultes et 2 enfants), tout était parfaitement fonctionnel. Propriétaires très sympathiques et explications simples et claires avec un "pré-briefing" 1 semaine avant la location, bien rassurant pour maitriser toutes les fonctionnalités de ce camping car. Expérience à renouveler avec plaisir.

Propriétaire sympathique, camping car quasi neuf, étant novice dans l'utilisation du Camping car, Bertrand m'a expliqué toutes les subtilités bien utile pour le novice que j'étais.
Excellent séjour avec leur camping car.

Location simple et conforme à l’annonce. Super contact avec les propriétaires et véhicule propre et neuf! Bref, vous pouvez réserver sans hésiter. Nous avons voyagé avec un bébé de 15 mois et l’expérience était super (fixation isofix et place suffisante pour un lit parapluie dans le salon!) En supplément des bonnes adresses où stationner et la vignette d’autoroute suisse 2022.
