Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).

If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

Notre séjour à bord du van de Nathalie était une magnifique découverte, tant du mode de vie vanlife qu’humainement ! Le van est très bien aménagé et facile à conduire. Nathalie nous a accueilli avec beaucoup de gentillesse et de bonne humeur. Très disponible et à l’écoute, elle a été de bon conseil pour notre première expérience en van. Nous recommandons chaudement !

Nous avons passé une semaine magique. Le van est très confortable et facile à conduire. Nathalie est très gentille et bienveillante, elle a pris le temps de tout nous expliquer. Merci beaucoup à eux deux. C'était notre premier voyage en van et sûrement pas le dernier.

Nous sommes parties 4 jours avec le Van de Nathalie. Ce séjour fut simplement magique ! Je remercie une fois de plus Nathalie pour sa prévenance et son implication, ayant amplement participé à la réussite de ce petit road trip.
