Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).

If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

Hemos pasado un viaje genial, gracias a la furgo de Antonio. Está equipada con todo lo necesario y no llevó por toda la isla. Antonio es super simpático, responde muy rápido en cualquier momento y recomendamos su coche al 100%

Antonio's van was clean and confortable. There was everything we needed for a beautiful road trip. It was easy to drive and there was enough space for 2 people. Antonio was very helpfull and kind, he told us a lot of suggestions. We loved it :)

Viajamos una semanita por la isla y la verdad que todo fue genial! Antonio súper atento en todo, desde el detalle más pequeño, muy cercano y buena vibra desde el minuto uno. La furgoneta tiene todo lo básico para viajar, cómoda para dormir y fácil de manejar. Si volvemos a Tenerife repetiremos seguro. Un abrazo 🤗
