Un viaje increíble! La autocaravana muy completa con todo lo necesario para el viaje! Silvia muy atenta en todo momento 

La autocaravana y Silvia su dueña son magníficas. Silvia nos ha recomendado un montón de sitios chulos donde comer y para ver y la autocaravana es súper amplia por dentro y cómodisima. La recomiendo!

Estuvimos seis días recorriendo Lanzarote con la autocaravana y fue genial. Se lleva muy bien, consume muy poco combustible, y por dentro tiene todas las comodidades necesarias para dos o incluso tres personas. 

Lo más importante, Silvia es una persona que nos cuidó al máximo y nos recomendó un montón de cosillas. El último día nuestro vuelo salía temprano y nos acercó al aeropuerto, no podemos estar más agradecid@s por ello. Repetiríamos con ella sin dudarlo!!!! ;)

L'esperienza con Silvia e il suo camper è stata davvero bella ed entusiasmante! Silvia è davvero disponibile e gentilissima. Il suo veicolo è attrezzato in tutto e non ci ha fatto mancare nulla! Esplorare Lanzarote in camper è davvero una bellissima avventura. 

Todo genial! La autocaravana se conduce fácilmente, tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días en la isla y la cama está genial, muy cómoda y bastante grande para los dos. Silvia nos explicó todo muy bien, nos aconsejó cositas en la isla y estaba pendiente de que todo fuera bien. Recomendable 100%!

Silvia est une haute merveilleuse, elle connait bien son véhicule, son île. 

Le camping car ne consomme pas bcp, il est super agréable. Tout fonctionne très bien.

Les panneaux solaires sont un vrai plus.

We've got a dream to have a camping car like Silvia has! Her touches to the car are surprisingly detailed. The car has been functioning perfectly and got just everything we've needed for the trip. This made our trip on the island very unique and lovely.

Alles super und Silvia ist sehr nett.
wir wurden mit dem Wohnmobil direkt vom Flughafen abgeholt und nach einer kurzen Einweisung gings direkt los. Das Wohnmobil ist gut ausgestattet und der 150 liter Wassertank ist echt eine Hilfe für autonomes Reisen. Das Mobil ist nicht das neuste doch gut eingerichtet und alles funktioniert, auch die coole Innenbeleuchtung ist toll.

Alquilamos la autocaravana con mi pareja y ¡La experiencia ha sido genial! Silvia es un encanto de persona y nos ha ayudado muchísimo. ¡Repetiremos! 

The purpose of this review is to express  our dissatisfaction over the quality of service from the owner of the campervan and the poor condition of the camprevan itself.

Firstly the campervan's owner Silvia greeted us at the airport and showed us through the vehicle. When showing us around she left the broken door for last. She was showing us all the tips and tricks how to open a already broken latch on the door at the back.

The second day of our holiday the key didn't open properly and we could feel it's not functioning as it should. Therefore during our holiday we had to go through the front drivers seat to reach the back which was incredibly uncomfortable especially  because I was 7 months pregnant. This started to be unbearable so we very gently tried opening it again and the latch broke, it was visible that it was a matter of time this would happen as it was very stiff when she showed us already.

As a result we ended up paying something that was already broken. On top of this, when we returned the campervan, only 15 minutes earlier Silvia sent us a txt that she is Covid positive since 4 days ago and she didn't bother to tell us. We told her that we don't want to be in direct contact with her, as it is too dangerous with my state and asked her if someone else could take over the return. Of course because she told us this too late and we were catching a flight she ended up coming herself furious that we didn't want to meet her at her home. She was incredibly rude, started pointing out damage we absolutely did not do, saying hurtful remarks and started yelling at us.

We must admit we have never had such a bad experience, we are quite dissatisfied with the service and would not recommend hiring with Silvia. 

Una experiencia increíble en Lanzarote. Silvia ha sido una anfitriona genial. Nos ha atendido maravillosamente con cualquier cosa que hemos necesitado. Y la autocaravana es un tesoro, ha ido genial, ningun tipo problema, y ha sido comodísima durante nuestro viaje de 9 días. Un 10.
