In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).

If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

Camper perfecta para 2-3 personas, nosotros fuimos 3 chicos de entre 1,7 y 1,98cm de altura y sin problemas.
La camper tiene todo lo necesario y está prácticamente nueva.
Recomendable al 100% y repetiremos!

Todo muy fácil tanto para recogida y devolución, muy atentos y flexibles. La furgoneta cuenta con todo lo necesario para hacerte sentir como en casa o en hotel, muy cómoda y cumple a la perfección con los requisitos que impone la isla para pasar unos cuantos días descubriéndola a fondo

Dziękuję bardzo za super współpracę i bezproblemowy wynajem. Samochód jeszcze pachnie nowością i wszystko bez zarzutu. Dodatkowo pojazd bardzo ekonomiczny i łatwy w użytkowaniu, wszędzie dojedziesz:) Wyposażenie vana kompletne, wystarczy własny plecak i rozpoczynasz przygodę:) Nic nie zastąpi poranka na plaży, codziennie innej:). Polecam i do następnego spotkania na Wyspach Kanaryjskich.

It was really good price for almost new car. The communication with our van quide was terrible. The equipment of the car was not so good. One chair was already broken and there were some neccecery things for cooking etc missing. For short stay it would be probably ok.

I understand what they are considering, but I assure you that everything was done to solve all the problems they encountered. They broke the water pump, the mechanism was replaced the same day. They broke a new chair (2 months), they were given another one. The same day. And all this in the shortest possible time. They had to pay absolutely nothing for everything they had broken. The van is equipped with everything they need, included in the price.

Genial experiencia siempre Fuerteventura. El paraíso para ir con furgo. Te puedes quedar en sitios increíbles, amaneceres y puestas de sol inolvidables...
Totalmente recomendado para furgo por las distancias, es la forma de viajar que te permitirá aprovechar más la isla

Everything was perfect.
The van is great for two persons.
We had brought sleeping bags but we did not use them, there is a real blanket with pillows in the van.
The rental was perfect, the owner was really easy to reach, as well a Will on the island who was super nice and available. Thank you !
Piece of advice : bring an extra lamp, one is given, but it is quite small.
We had a wonderful trip !
