About this low profile motorhome
Our Burstern motorhome is this year's luxury model and is ready to be/have the best there is. It has a fridge separate from the freezer (which is much bigger and of better quality). • Electric air conditioning that will allow you to have a good rest on the hottest days. Other amenities that make it a comfortable home. ( On wheels). On the road, its wheels prove the quality of the choice, because as a fully integrated vehicle it hardly wobbles on roads with a lot of wind, it has a powerful engine that does not lose power even when going uphill and thanks to its powerful engine it consumes little fuel. Please be careful when driving. After a day or two, you drive like a car, which it isn't. It really is a pleasant way to visit this beautiful country that is Portugal.
Additional information - Upon delivery of the vehicle, the deposit of 200 euros will be kept for a period of 10 working days for any toll payments. - The motorhome is equipped with GPS and anti-theft device and panic button (it is in direct contact with the alarm control panel)

Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).

If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

I had a really good experience with Alberto! I arrived in Lisbon airport at midnight and he was very wellcoming picking me up there. He was always helpful and answering messages immediatly. The van is in a very good condition and you can feel that the owner takes care the car. I had everything I need for travelling through the coast. I had a really good time.

Our first ever motor home trip was a delight! From the moment we met Alberto and Joana, we were made to feel right at home, while they explained us everything of their beloved vehicle. The caravan was rented in excellent conditions, and it was very comfortable and easy to use. The beds were cozy, the kitchen very well equipped, and with a pretty spacious toilet and shower. We also appreciated the ample storage space, which allowed us to bring along all the essentials without feeling cramped. Overall the ride was great, and Alberto was always just one phone call away for any help. We highly recommend this caravan trip to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable adventure on the road. Thank you Alberto and Joana!

Ir buscar ao aeroporto, disponibilizar quarto com 2 duas cama de casal para o dia de chegada, colocar extras na autocaravana, Internet, etc... tudo podemos preparar. A nossa autocaravana está a ser preparada para esta nova experiência e por isso tem os utensílios todos novos. Temos um kit de entrada que inclui roupa de camas e de banho, limpeza de cozinha e de casa de banho além de uma surpresa a preparar para o vosso primeiro dia de experiência.
