If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).

If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

Viaggio bellissimo alla scoperta dei Pirenei, prima esperienza in camper, che abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo, il mezzo era totalmente funzionante a parte piccoli danni alla carrozzeria , l'operatore é stato molto gentile disponibile, se torneremo in Spagna ci affideremo nuovamente lui

El vehículo que nos dejaron no era el que aparecia en el anuncio, sino uno de similares características. NO es un particular sino una empresa que se dedica al alquiler. Tuvimos un roce a la salida de una gasolinera y nos han cobrado toda la franquicia (más de 600 €), cuando los gastos no parece que suban tanto importe. Por lo demás, la experiencia de ir en autocaravana ha sido muy buena y repetiremos con esta compañía de alquier o con otra.
