When you pay on config.brand, the vehicle owner's earnings are kept by our secure, third-party payment provider until the day after your trip start date. So, the owner will welcome you on your trip start date and help you get set up in their vehicle. A few days later, the owner will receive their earnings.

Guaranteed trip
If you are unable to begin your hire due to a vehicle breakdown or for a reason attributable to the owner, our team will offer you alternative vehicles that meet your travel requirements, or you will receive a full refund.

This is our family van, which we’re very fond of. It has always been carefully maintained and is in perfect mechanical condition, ready for new adventures – even if, for now, we can’t use it as much as we’d like. We’d love for it to keep traveling with someone who will take good care of it.
