6.1 Antes de iniciar el viaje, el arrendatario está obligado a seguir las instrucciones que le dé el personal técnico del arrendador en el punto de entrega. Asimismo, se elaborará un acta de entrega (Check In) en el que se describe el estado del vehículo y que deberán firmar ambas partes. El arrendador se podrá negar a entregar el vehículo hasta que no se haya realizado la instrucción del vehículo. 6.2 Al devolver el vehículo, el arrendatario está obligado a realizar una revisión final de la autocaravana junto con los empleados del punto de alquiler. Se elaborará un acta de devolución ( Check Out), que deberán firmar el arrendador y el arrendatario. Los desperfectos que no consten en el acta de entrega, pero que se detecten en el momento de devolver el vehículo, correrán a cargo del arrendatario. 6.3 Por norma general las entregas de los vehículos se efectuarán de lunes a domingo, de 15h a 19 horas; las devoluciones de lunes a domingo de 09h a 11 horas de la mañana. Los horarios que aparezcan en el contrato de alquiler se considerarán los acordados previamente. 6.4 Los retrasos en la devolución, no autorizados, serán penalizados con la tarifa mencionada en el punto 3.6 . 6.5 Si el arrendatario desea prolongar el arrendamiento, deberá solicitarlo al arrendador con un mínimo de tres días de antelación a la finalización de contrato. La eventual confirmación de la prórroga estará sujeta a las disponibilidades que en este momento tenga el arrendador, no asumiendo por tanto éste último ningún compromiso previo. 6.6 Cualquier alteración de las fechas de alquiler, deberá ser previamente autorizada por el arrendador. El incumplimiento de esta condición faculta al arrendador para hacerse cargo del vehículo o requerir judicialmente. El arrendador se reserva el derecho de obtener la devolución del vehículo, en cualquier momento durante la vigencia del presente contrato, si su utilización contraviniera lo dispuesto en el mismo. 6.7 En la devolución del vehículo por finalización del alquiler, en la que el arrendatario no esté presente en la inspección del mismo por causas imputables a él, entrega por buzón o no-disponibilidad, y se aprecien daños en el vehículo, el arrendatario acepta la valoración de los daños resultantes de la inspección realizada por el personal del arrendador. 6.8 El vehículo se devolverá limpio interiormente y con los depósitos de aguas residuales y del WC vacíos. En caso contrario, el cliente deberá abonar 120 € en concepto de limpieza interior y de 200€ por las aguas grises y del vaciado del WC químico y/o el importe del combustible más 100€ y llenado de agua deposito más 100 euros. 6.9 El hecho de llenar el depósito de agua potable con Diesel u otro combustible, o el depósito de Diesel con agua u otro combustible, implica una penalización de 1.000€. 6.10 La rotura o pérdida de las llaves del vehículo implicaría una penalización de 300€.

Roadside assistance
If the vehicle is immobilised following a breakdown or an incident, you will be covered by the assistance provided by the owner. A dedicated number will allow you to contact the assistance company and will inform you about the next steps.

Secure payment

So, the owner will welcome you on your trip start date and help you get set up in their vehicle. A few days later, the owner will receive their earnings.

If you are unable to begin your hire due to a vehicle breakdown or for a reason attributable to the owner, our team will offer you alternative vehicles that meet your travel requirements, or you will receive a full refund.
