Roadside assistance

Secure payment
When you pay on config.brand, the vehicle owner's earnings are kept by our secure, third-party payment provider until the day after your trip start date. So, the owner will welcome you on your trip start date and help you get set up in their vehicle. A few days later, the owner will receive their earnings.

Guaranteed trip
If you are unable to begin your hire due to a vehicle breakdown or for a reason attributable to the owner, our team will offer you alternative vehicles that meet your travel requirements, or you will receive a full refund.

Ich bin ein sehr offener, freundlicher Mensch mit viel Humor und schon seit Jahren absoluter Camping-Fan. Grundsätzlich gibt es für alles eine Lösung - und wir finden sie gemeinsam. Falls Ihr also irgendwelche Fragen oder Wünsche habt, schreibt mich einfach an! Auch wenn der Camper schon scheinbar vermietet sein sollte, fragt ruhig nochmal nach - ich habe ihn zum Teil auch für uns blockiert, bin aber flexibel!
