Roadside assistance
In the event of vehicle immobilization due to a breakdown or incident, you will be assisted by our roadside assistance partner until the vehicle is repaired or your return journey is arranged. config.brand will tell you how to contact support and all the steps to follow in your travel documents.

Secure payment
When you pay on config.brand, the vehicle owner's earnings are kept by our secure, third-party payment provider until the day after your trip start date. So, the owner will welcome you on your trip start date and help you get set up in their vehicle. A few days later, the owner will receive their earnings.

Guaranteed trip
If you are unable to begin your hire due to a vehicle breakdown or for a reason attributable to the owner, our team will offer you alternative vehicles that meet your travel requirements, or you will receive a full refund.

Attention! Standard check-in times are from 13:00 to 19:30, and standard check-out times are from 07:00 to 18:00.Class B camper van, spacious and versatile: 4 seats and 2 beds (with the option of a third bed if requested in advance when booking), equipped with a kitchen and bathroom for long trips.The booking includes:
  • kitchen utensils, plates, toaster, and coffee maker
  • hairdryer
  • bed linen (+€20 or you may bring your own)
  • vehicle cleaning (+€40 or the vehicle must be returned in the same condition as it was delivered)
  • mileage included: 200 km per day. Beyond this limit, a charge of +€0.25/km will apply
  • Pets are allowed (extra €30), one animal per rental with a maximum weight of 30 kg. An additional cleaning service is required when traveling with pets. It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure that the pet travels safely and in accordance with local regulations. We accept no responsibility for fines or legal costs related to the transport of animals inside the vehicle.
