Roadside assistance
In the event of vehicle immobilization due to a breakdown or incident, you will be assisted by our roadside assistance partner until the vehicle is repaired or your return journey is arranged. config.brand will tell you how to contact support and all the steps to follow in your travel documents.

Secure payment
When you pay on config.brand, the vehicle owner's earnings are kept by our secure, third-party payment provider until the day after your trip start date. So, the owner will welcome you on your trip start date and help you get set up in their vehicle. A few days later, the owner will receive their earnings.

Guaranteed trip
If you are unable to begin your hire due to a vehicle breakdown or for a reason attributable to the owner, our team will offer you alternative vehicles that meet your travel requirements, or you will receive a full refund.

Ma Logan MCV E85 (BIOETHANOL 10€/100KM) est équipée pour le Plein Air avec une batterie auxiliaire pour la glacière et l'éclairage. Je la loue avec un équipement très complet puisque je l'utilise régulièrement pour mes ROAD-TRIP. Vous aurez à votre disposition des petites guirlandes led, des câbles, des branchements pour recharger vos téléphone ou votre ordinateur, un GPS européen, un kit d'outillage de base, un kit couture, une trousse de toilette, un trousse de secours, des condiments pour la cuisine et beaucoup d'autres choses que je pourrais retirer à votre demande. Elle est idéal pour deux personnes avec tente de toit en supplément (base de 10€/jour a discuter). Vous pouvez aussi dormir à deux en bas mais forcement, il faudra sortir le matériel et le mettre soit à l'avant soit dans un tente à montage rapide que je peux fournir. A propos du Bioéthanol, je précise qu'il est difficile d'en trouver dès que l'on passe les Frontières Française. Vous pourrez rouler à l'essence qui et sensiblement plus onéreuse.

Sans aucun doute, vous passerez d'excellentes vacances à bord de ma Logan Xavier;
