Roadside assistance
In the event of vehicle immobilization due to a breakdown or incident, you will be assisted by our roadside assistance partner until the vehicle is repaired or your return journey is arranged. Yescapa will tell you how to contact support and all the steps to follow in your travel documents.

Secure payment
When you pay on Yescapa, the vehicle owner's earnings are kept by our secure, third-party payment provider until the day after your trip start date. So, the owner will welcome you on your trip start date and help you get set up in their vehicle. A few days later, the owner will receive their earnings.

Guaranteed trip
If you are unable to begin your hire due to a vehicle breakdown or for a reason attributable to the owner, our team will offer you alternative vehicles that meet your travel requirements, or you will receive a full refund.

Bienvenue à bord de LOTUS, mon Renault Master L3H2 que j'ai converti entièrement de mes mains pour en faire un vrai cocon de voyage. Chaque détail a été pensé pour que vous viviez une aventure confortable, autonome et dépaysante, que ce soit pour un week-end ou un road-trip plus long.

L'aménagement

LOTUS a été isolé avec soin (liège projeté et Biofib Trio), habillé d'un lambris bois chaleureux qui donne au van toute son âme. À l'intérieur, vous trouverez tout ce qu'il faut pour être autonome :

  • Un coin cuisine équipé avec gaz (installation contrôlée Qualigaz)

  • Un système d'eau à double pompe avec eau chaude

  • Un chauffage Truma Combi pour les nuits fraîches

  • Une installation électrique complète

  • Des toilettes chimiques discrètes

  • Un couchage confortable et des rangements bien pensés
