Roadside assistance

Secure payment
When you pay on config.brand, the vehicle owner's earnings are kept by our secure, third-party payment provider until the day after your trip start date. So, the owner will welcome you on your trip start date and help you get set up in their vehicle. A few days later, the owner will receive their earnings.

Guaranteed trip
If you are unable to begin your hire due to a vehicle breakdown or for a reason attributable to the owner, our team will offer you alternative vehicles that meet your travel requirements, or you will receive a full refund.

Decidimos comprar nuestra autocaravana porque queríamos disfrutar de la libertad de viajar sin prisas, creando recuerdos inolvidables con nuestra hija. Ahora queremos compartir esa misma experiencia con otras familias, parejas o amigos que deseen vivir una aventura diferente. Cuidamos nuestra autocaravana con mucho cariño y la entregamos siempre limpia, revisada y preparada para que solo tengáis que preocuparos de disfrutar.
