Roadside assistance

Secure payment
When you pay on config.brand, the vehicle owner's earnings are kept by our secure, third-party payment provider until the day after your trip start date. So, the owner will welcome you on your trip start date and help you get set up in their vehicle. A few days later, the owner will receive their earnings.

Guaranteed trip
If you are unable to begin your hire due to a vehicle breakdown or for a reason attributable to the owner, our team will offer you alternative vehicles that meet your travel requirements, or you will receive a full refund.

Habitués des voyages en van nous avons trouvé le modèle qui nous convient parfaitement en espérant qu'à vous aussi. Accessibilité par train, avion, air de covoiturage proche. Forfait nettoyage : 100€ sauf si véhicule dans le même état que lors de la location
