Avere almeno 23 anni compiuti ; 2 conducenti massimo; Essere titolari di una patente di guida categoria B da almeno 3 anni in corso di validità; Foto della patente, della carta d'identità e di un giustificativo di domicilio di ogni conducente da inviare a Yescapa almeno 3 giorni prima della partenza; una volta confermata la prenotazione, il viaggiatore dovrà trasmettere direttamente alla società di noleggio i documenti necessari per la stipula del contratto e dell'assicurazione per il noleggio. Franchigia di 1000 €. (la franchigia non viene sottratta ma solo autorizzata)

Roadside assistance
If the vehicle is immobilised following a breakdown or an incident, you will be covered by the assistance provided by the owner. A dedicated number will allow you to contact the assistance company and will inform you about the treatment steps.

Secure payment
When you pay on Yescapa, the vehicle owner's remuneration is kept in a single and secure wallet until the day after you leave on rental. So, no unpleasant surprises, the owner welcomes you on the day of departure to prepare your first steps with his vehicle. A few days later, the remuneration arrives in the owner's bank account.

Departure guarantee
If you are unable to start your rental due to a vehicle breakdown or for reasons related to the owner, our team will offer you other vehicles that meet your travel criteria, or you will be fully reimbursed.
