Insurance
El seguro contratado incluye responsabilidad civil, asistencia en carretera, asistencia en viaje, daños propios, responsabilidad civil de la carga, defensa jurídica, lunas, robo e incendio. Es responsabilidad del conductor arrendatario tener al menos 25 años cumplidos y ser titular del carnet de conducir de categoría B con una antigüedad de 2 años o más. Se debe subir una copia del carnet de conducir, del DNI y de un comprobante de domicilio (cualquier factura reciente de suministros, internet, u otro, en la que aparezca la dirección de cada conductor) a su perfil Yescapa, al menos 7 días antes de la salida del alquiler. El seguro es a todo riesgo con asistencia en carretera en toda Europa y una franquicia de 800€ que se realizará mediante tarjeta de crédito o transferencia bancaria directamente al propietario. El importe de la franquicia será devuelto una vez revisado el estado del vehículo.

Roadside assistance
If the vehicle is immobilised following a breakdown or an incident, you will be covered by the assistance provided by the owner. A dedicated number will allow you to contact the assistance company and will inform you about the treatment steps.

Secure payment
When you pay on Yescapa, the vehicle owner's remuneration is kept in a single and secure wallet until the day after you leave on rental. So, no unpleasant surprises, the owner welcomes you on the day of departure to prepare your first steps with his vehicle. A few days later, the remuneration arrives in the owner's bank account.

Departure guarantee
If you are unable to start your rental due to a vehicle breakdown or for reasons related to the owner, our team will offer you other vehicles that meet your travel criteria, or you will be fully reimbursed.
