Roadside assistance

Secure payment
When you pay on config.brand, the vehicle owner's earnings are kept by our secure, third-party payment provider until the day after your trip start date. So, the owner will welcome you on your trip start date and help you get set up in their vehicle. A few days later, the owner will receive their earnings.

Guaranteed trip
If you are unable to begin your hire due to a vehicle breakdown or for a reason attributable to the owner, our team will offer you alternative vehicles that meet your travel requirements, or you will receive a full refund.

Kaixo, Mirentxu eta Julen gara. Gure furgoneta alokairuan jartzen dugu nahi baino gutxiago erabiltzen dugulako lanagatik eta geldirik edukitzea ez zaigu gustatzen. Gainera etekin ekonomiko txiki bat ez zaigu gaizki etortzen. Mila esker eta informazio gehiago nahi baduzu jar zaitezte gurekin harremanetan. Bonjour, nous sommes Mirentxu et Julen. Nous mettons notre fourgonnette en location car, à cause du travail, nous l’utilisons moins que ce que nous aimerions et nous n’aimons pas la laisser inutilisée. En plus, un petit revenu supplémentaire ne nous fait pas de mal. Merci beaucoup et, si vous souhaitez plus d’informations, n’hésitez pas à nous contacter. Hola, somos Mirentxu y Julen. Ponemos nuestra furgoneta en alquiler porque, debido al trabajo, la usamos menos de lo que nos gustaría y no nos gusta tenerla parada. Además, un pequeño beneficio económico tampoco nos viene mal.
